Basic Home Search (purchase and rental)
To get the search underway our basic retainer fee is just £500. This retains our services for 26 weeks and funds the cost of identifying properties matching your brief, arranging visits and any re-visits and negotiations of purchase price. If you wish to renew for a further period, this costs £250 for a further 26 weeks and is subject to agreement by both parties.
Home Search - Finder's Fee
The finder’s fee is either 1.25% of the agreed purchase price or up to a maximum of £2000. This finder’s fee is payable on your offer to purchase a property identified in this search being accepted by the vendor.
The finder's fee for rented property is one month's rent (or equivalent).
Familiarisation Tours
Half day tour £125 or Full day tour £200.
(These are indicative fees – we design the tours specifically around your needs so we will quote you individually). completehouse will provide transport for the agreed tour.
School Search & Miscellaneous Work
Hourly rate: £25 per hour.
NB. VAT is not charged.
