Initial Consultation
Up to 1 hour, discussion of client requirements and feedback from previous potential buyers and estate agents - Free. Additional hours at this stage charged at £25 per hour.
Single Room Doctor Report
Report detailing suggested changes to the room (decoration, furniture, interior styling/staging and clutter clearing, etc.) including full makeover costings. £100 per room.
Full Property Doctor Report
As single room report but for entire property (interior/exterior). £250 per property.
Resulting work from Doctor Report
