interior - fees
The following fees are only indicative and fees will be agreed with the client on an individual basis.
Initial Consultation
Up to 2 hours, discussion of client requirements and tastes, priorities and initial ideas - Free. Additional hours at this stage to work up basic design scheme charged at £25 per hour.
Basic Design Scheme
For a basic redecoration scheme. Client will receive a mood board with colour scheme and materials etc. £150 per room.
Detailed Design Scheme
Basic design scheme developed to include a full decorators/ contractors brief, scale drawings and plans prepared, the sourcing and supply of furniture and accessories, etc. £250 per room.
Project Management
This will include full implementation of the design scheme and decorators/contractors brief, sourcing and co-ordination of trades and materials etc. £25 per hour.
Hands on Labour
Hands on work by completehouse i.e. Painting and Decorating etc. £15 per hour.
NB. VAT is not charged.
